Pecchia, born in Rome in 1972,  is a dreamer with a pencil. He is not only a satirical designer but a true ‘interpreter’ of what the form brings.

Fluid as a signature, where depth and lightness go hand in hand and humor is never lacking.

His artistic work comes in many forms: from logos to posters, from illustrations for publishers and books to satirical drawings for magazines, from sculptures to tattoos. With one common denominator: humor and style.

His technique creates a rather dreamy atmosphere that captures the essence. While his style also brings movement, highlighting continuous change. A kind of alchemical transformation.

Pecchia pursues only one goal with this: growth through art and relationships. From the beginning of his artistic career, he had a clear idea of what art meant to him, referring to a quote by Saint Francis of Assisi:

"He who works with his hands is a laborer. He who works with his hands and his head is a craftsman. He who works with his hands, his head and his heart is an artist."

Visit the exhibition of Andrea Pecchia at the European Cartoon Center Kruishoutem from January 25th to April 13th, 2025, and be swept away by his unique artistic wonderland
